So next time when you are in a rush, gulp up the shake and run. The ingredients used in the recipe makes the shake yummy and helps losing weight too.
To Make the Morning shake| smoothie | milkshake you will need:
Banana: 1 medium sized
- Almonds: 10-15 (Soaking is personal preference)
- Flax seeds: 2 teaspoons
- Dates: 2/head ( I am making the shake for 2 so used 4)
- Protein powder: 1 scoop
- Fruits: any available ( grapes, apple, oranges)
- Milk: Half a liter ( makes 2 glasses )
Step by step procedure to make Morning shake:
Take all the ingredients except milk into the mixer jar and make a smooth paste.
Add chilled milk and pulse again.
