Chalmidi is a simple delicious dough made of rice flour being the main ingredient. Making a good chalmidi isn’t very tough but taking it for granted yields no good stuff. Chalmidi can be served as one of naivedyam/prasadam to the Ganpati Bappa.
I believe my mum makes the best of the chalmidi since I haven’t tasted a better one ever. And so here I put the recipe to the so very tasty Chalmidi. You sure cant stop eating.
