We will need:
Brinjals: 5 ( slit into four)
Onion: 4 Medium
Green Chilies: 4 chopped.
Coriander leaves: One cup chopped
Turmeric: 1/4 a Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds: 1/2 a teaspoon.
Red chili powder: To taste.
Salt: To taste
Steps to make Brinjal masala
– Firstly of all, keep all the ingredients ready
1. Add all the ingredients together.
2. Mix well.
3. Stuff the brinjals with the mixture made.
4. Heat a pan with some oil and fry the stuffed brinjals. Cook till the onions turn brown and the brinjals are soft.
5. How easy is that! Now, serve it with hot rice and rasam for a yummy meal!
